Bereits im Juni 2008 ist bei Elsevier eine Sonderausgabe der Zeitschrift “Consciousness and Cognition” mit dem Titel “Social Cognition, Emotion, and Self-Consciousness” (Volume 17, Issue 2), herausgegeben von Albert Newen, Kai Vogeley und Alexandra Zinck, erschienen. Sie enthält 15 Artikel und 2 Kommentare, darunter beispielsweise:
- Minds, persons, and space: An fMRI investigation into the relational complexity of higher-order intentionality
- Elucidating the neural correlates of egoistic and moralistic self-enhancement
- Conscious emotional experience emerges as a function of multilevel, appraisal-driven response synchronization (von Didier Grandjean, David Sander, Klaus R. Scherer) (online hier abrufbar)

Ich muss sagen obwohl ich mal eine ewigkeit in den Staaten gelebt habe war der Artikel doch recht schwer zu lesen. Ist aber aufjedenfall empfehlenswert!
